Furnishing our Home Cinema with Casltery
Hi friends! I’m sure that by now, most of you all have seen my home cinema! It was such a labor of love and we’re just so happy with how it all turned out! Here is a quick little shot of where it all started!
I’ve talked about it before, but when it came down to this cinema room, seating was a really big deal! The cinema was filled with some old retro theatre chairs, which were fun, but not the most comfortable! I was able to order free swatches and check out all of their velvets before making a decision which was so nice! I ended up going with the Admas Sofa in black velvet, but I have so many different fabrics that I’d like to use in the future!
Once I was decided, I was able to place my order and our pieces arrived so quickly and in great condition! These are weird times with shipping and it was so refreshing to receive something on time and not broken! It’s always a little nerve wracking ordering furniture that you haven’t seen in person or sat in, but we are just over the moon with our Adams sofas! I wanted something comfortable but firm! I love a good super soft sofa, but in a theatre that will be getting a lot of use and with the kids, I wanted something that would keep its shape and really hold up well over the years! Castlery is dedicated to producing well designed pieces that are quality and don’t cost a fortune and that definitely shows in these pieces!
I love the shape of these sofas and the cushions! One of my favorite details is the gold legs! It’s the perfect little pop of glam on these timeless sofas!
